1. Conclusion of Purchase Contract
Orders may be placed only by persons aged 18 or older. Product details and prices on the website are for information only and do not represent a binding offer.
A purchase contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order by email or after payment is received. The Buyer is responsible for any communication costs related to the order.
2. Price and Payment
All prices include VAT. Shipping and packaging costs are added unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods:
• Bank transfer
• Payment card or online gateway
Payment must be made in full before shipment. An electronic invoice or receipt is issued after payment.
3. Withdrawal from Contract
For hygiene and customization reasons, some products (such as latex clothing) are not eligible for return under Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code.
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery; the Buyer covers return shipping. Refunds are issued within 14 days after proper return and inspection.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer. The Buyer must inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately.
If incorrect or incomplete delivery details cause extra costs, these may be charged to the Buyer.
5. Warranty and Claims
Products are guaranteed to:
• Meet the agreed specifications
• Be fit for their intended use
• Correspond to their description
The warranty period is 24 months from delivery. It does not cover damage from misuse, wear and tear, or external causes.
Claims must be submitted by email or via insured shipment with a description of the defect. The Seller will acknowledge claims within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days.
